Step 1: Registration

Ensure that all details provided are correct and upload all documents as required to avoid any delay in processing your application.

Depending on your business type, please prepare the following documents for submission. (Document Checklist)
Upon completion of the registration, you agree to be bound by the Merchant Terms, Privacy Policy and Merchant Rate found within Kiple Website.

Step 2: Verification

We will process and verify the submitted documents. We will call you to request for additional details or documents if required.

Your application will be processed & approved within 4 business days if all documents are completed.

We will give you a call to request for additional details or documents if there is any missing information.

Step 3: Approval

Once approved, you will receive an email with your login credentials.​

You may proceed to download and activate Selangkah BIZ Application with your Android device (Android version 4.4 and above).

Your Account entails the following:​

  • Settlement: T+2 working days ​
  • Payment Options: E-Wallet & All Popular E-Wallets ​
  • kiplePay Features: kiplePay Static QR, Merchant Scan User (from Multiple-E Wallets), Order and Pay ​
  • Daily Transaction Limit: RM2,000
